He was predeceased by : his parents, Russell Elliott and Iola Elliott (Cecil); his wife Patricia Ann Elliott; and his daughter Stacy Ann Elliott. He is survived by : his children, Bart Elliott and Carrie Cook (Chris); his grandchildren, Breana Cruz (Aaron), Heather Elliott, Jeremy Elliott, Hannah Anderson (Kyle), Eli Cook and Wesley Cook; his great grandchildren, Eden Cruz, Adlyn Cruz and Harper Cruz; and his sisters, Darlene Phillips and Joyce Ronk (Jess).
