She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Franks and Ovella Franks; her husband Floyd Winningham Jr.; her daughter Rhonda Ellis; her great grandchild Landon Ellis; and her niece Ona Wyatt.
She is survived by: her children, Rickey Winningham (Melinda) and Sonya Spinner (Tony); her grandchildren, Garrett Winningham and Heather Ellis; and her great grandchildren, Cameron Ellis and Caleb Ellis. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Emerson Funeral Home (1629 E Nettleton Ave, Jonesboro, AR 72401). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Evett Cemetery.
