He is survived by: his wife Judy Cook; his children, Shawn Cook (Christy) of Jonesboro and Lisa Thompson (Shannon) of Jonesboro; his siblings, Gerald Cook (Cookie) of Jonesboro, Danny Cook (Loretta) of Jonesboro, Linda Henry (Jim) of Willford and Diane Freeman (Terry) of Malvern, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Kimberly Jordan, Joshua Jordan, Shawna Cook, Christina Cook and Ella Grace Cook. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
