She was predeceased by: her parents, David Shelton and Christine Walker. She is survived by: her husband Jackie Brewer; her children, James Brewer (Courtney) of Lake City and Brandy Gray (Tony) of Walcott; her sister Anita Parker of Jonesboro; her grandchildren, Dee Simmons (James) of Osceola, Magen Adams (Danny) of Brookland and Hannah Norman (Landon) of Paragould; and her great grandchildren, Weston Simmons, Grayson Adams, Nova Simmons, Harleigh Adams and Gage Norman.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Northeast Arkansas Humane Society in Tammy's honor.
