He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Franklin and Clara Mae Smith (Goad); his daughter Brandy Smith; and his brother Leslie "Les" Smith. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Smith (Benfield); his sons, Rowley Smith, Troy Rohem, Kristopher Smith, James "Jimmy" Gammill and Darell Smith; and his sisters, Debra Beckner and Cathy Brown. He is also survived by 19 Grandchildren and 1 Great-Grandchild.
