He was predeceased by : his parents, George Dobbs and Sylvia Dobbs; his wife Sandy Dobbs; and his brother Eugene Dobbs. He is survived by : his children, Gregery Dobbs of Booneville, Brady Dobbs of Booneville, Jeffery Dobbs of Paris, Arkansas, Kelly Cox (Timothy) of Booneville and Tracy Bench (Jonathan) of Fort Smith, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Brax Dobbs and Keller Bench; and his close friend Sandy Swift of Booneville, Arkansas.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 9th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Roberts Memorial Chapel. A funeral service was held on Friday, May 10th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (382 Kennedy Ave, Booneville, AR 72927).
