With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Raquel Marie Avery of Booneville, Arkansas, who passed away on March 1, 2026 at the age of 26. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Raquel may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Frank Mestas, James and Betty Avery. She is survived by: her parents, Shaun Avery and Venus Avery (Mestas) of Booneville; her son Ezra James Avery; her siblings, Nathan Avery (Marion) of Booneville, Jacob Avery of Booneville and Raylene Bonner (Braydon) of Booneville; and her grandmother Sandy Mestas of Fontana, California. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Assembly of God Church (392 W 2nd St, Booneville, AR 72927).
