He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Herrera and Eloise Herrera; and his sisters, Margaret and Lydia. He is survived by : his sons, Robert Herrera (Jenifer) of Booneville, Chris Herrera (Shelly) of Cave Springs, Brandon Herrera (Patti) of Fort Smith and Glenn Herrera of Booneville; and his siblings, Albert Herrera Jr. of Cheyenne, Manuel Herrera of Craig, Ray Herrera (Linda) of Grand Junction, Joel Herrera of Alliance, Nebraska, Helen Fox (Mitch) of Battle Ground, Connie Montano (John) of Cheyenne, Diann Otero (Bennie) of Craig, Eleanor Hernandez of Vancouver, Petra Mead of Vancouver, Tomi Hunter (Dave) of Torrington and Veronica Bennett (Dan) of Arvada, Colorado. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 9th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bulger Funeral Home (1811 E Main St, Booneville, AR 72927). A graveside service was held on Friday, May 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Ellington Cemetery (1640 Elkins Rd, Magazine, AR 72943).
