We announce the death of Rosean Therese Koch (Booneville, Arkansas), born in Pierre Part, Louisiana, who passed away on October 11, 2026, at the age of 64. Rosean will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her pet Izzy; her father Joseph John Landry; her stepfather Jimmy Hue; her grandparents, Rose, Claude Blanchard, Joseph and Cedilla Landry; her parents-in-law, Lucious and Jane Koch; and her brother-in-law David Wayne Koch.
She is survived by: her pet Sadie; her husband William "Bill" Allen Koch; her mother Shirleen Hue of Pierre Part, Louisiana; her children, Erica Boudreaux, Jessica Riedel (John), Bridget Mabile (Josh) and Wayne VanPelt (Amanda); her grandchildren, Tyler, Kelsey (Tyler), Savannah (Jude), Joey, Morgan, Noelia, Braelyn, Olivia, Seth and Allie; her great grandchildren, Hudson and Holdyn; her sisters, Sharon Landry (Blake) and Lisa Crochet (Jeremy); her brother-in-law Lucious Koch Jr. (Debbie); her stepsiblings, Nelson, Mark, Jesse and Mike; and her goddaughter Brandy Castagnos. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church (616 Cherry Ave, Booneville, AR 72927). A rosary was held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Though Parkinson's disease became part of her journey, it did not define the woman she was.
