Couch of Booneville; her sister Edna Costilla of Havana, Arkansas; and her children, Steven Szumplawski (Jacklyn) of Michigan, Cooper (Brandy) of Oklahoma and Robin Simmons (Jesse) of Booneville. She is also survived by 13 grandkids; 2 great grandkids; and several other family and friends.
