It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Alexander of Bradford, Arkansas, who passed away on December 8, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Franklin may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Alexander and Gladys Alexander (Guthrie). He is survived by: his wife Wilma; his children, Michelle Joyner (Dustin) and Cody Ray Alexander (Jennifer); his grandson Colton Joyner (Sydney); his great grandchildren, Cole and Ella Kate Joyner; his siblings-in-law, Rickie Van Winkle and Linda Van Winkle; and his nieces, Misty Van Winkle and Carla Mansfield.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Powell Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1272 AR-367, Bald Knob, AR 72010). A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Bethlehem Cemetery.
