He was predeceased by : his parents, Otho Burns and Jessie Burns; and his sister Pamela Hicks. He is survived by : his wife Connie Burns; his siblings, Tony Burns, Luann Jones (Steve) and Nancy Phillips (Richard); and his siblings-in-law, Berry Wilkinson and Lesa Richards. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
