He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph Edward, Sr. and Emma Lee Victory (Woodruff); and his siblings, Gary Victory and Linda Houston. He is survived by : his children, Ralph "Buddy" Victory, III and Lisa McClusky (David); his grandchildren, Brent Cash and Isabella McClusky; and his brother Johnny Victory. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
