He is survived by: his daughter Kate Salem (Tom) of Bentonville; and his grandchildren, Adam Nelson of Glen Ellyn, IL, Libby Rickley (Justin) of Ocean Springs, MS and Blake Salem (Shelly) of Lincoln, NE. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
