Lewis Parham of Bradley, AR; his children, Austin Colt Parham and Dixie Cheyenee Parham; his fiancée Samantha Floyd of Magnolia, AR; his sisters, Cheryl M. Rowe (Derek) of Cotton Valley, LA, Haley Wedgeworth (John) of Shongaloo, LA, Audrey Parham of Plain Dealing, LA and Carlee Lewis (Colton Lemay); his aunts, Patricia Lewis of Shongaloo, LA, Renee Shaver of Shongaloo, LA, Kerri Davis of Sarepta, LA, Karen Saunders and Gail Parham; and his siblings' children, Brantley, Madison, Weston, Jaycen, Chloe, Aubree, Jamie, Carson, AnnaLynn, Rylie, Phoenix, Will, Phoebe, William, Otis, Hunter and Noah.
