He is survived by: his wife Rachel Harris; his children, Freddy Leroy Steger, Michael Bartholomew Harris-Thomas, William Andrew Harris, Jr., Rochelle Ridgeway, Brenda Harris-Smith and Lorna Jean Harris; and his siblings, Richard Harris, George Lee Harris, Tyrone Harris, Martha Ann Moore and Mary Harris Bayliss. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, four sisters-in-law, and one brother-in-law.
