Theresa Louise touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Alverson Ruloph and Thomas Ruloph. She is survived by: her sons, Rene Dorn Bailey of Branch and Christopher Joseph Columbus Bailey of San Marcos, California; her siblings, Timothy Ruloph of Berkeley, Sam Ruloph of Oroville, California, Lucille Wright of San Dimas and Suzanne Steindrager of Los Angeles, California; and her grandchildren, Ashley, Brittany, Connor and Dylan Bailey.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Assembly of God Church (1111 S Elm St, Paris, AR 72855).
She worked for PBX building underwater cameras and loved donating to non-profit organizations.
