He is survived by: his mother Glenda Woodard Marshall of Brinkley; his children, Aubrey, Jacob and Juliet Marshall; the parent of his children Syerra Patty of Bebee; and his sisters, Jackie Bentley of Fairfield Bay and Samantha Thompson (David) of Brinkley.
