He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas "Tubby" Williams and Violet Williams; his brother Larry Williams; and his granddaughter Nickol Mason. He is survived by: his wife Audry Williams; his children, Clint Williams (Kalonie) of Cody, Wyoming and Erica Williams of Clarendon; his sister Rita Settle of Brinkley; and his grandchildren, Ashton Williams of Gilbert, Landon Williams of Kremmling, Hunter Williams (Kaytlyn) of Cody, Bubba Mason of Clarendon and Conner Mason of Clarendon.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the First Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the Shady Grove Cemetery.
