He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Howard "Preacher" Price Sr. and Gracie Hedger Price; his son Nathan Price; his brothers, Orville Howard Price Jr., Jimmy Layne Price and Lowell Price (Barbara); and his nephew Mike Price.

He is survived by: his daughter Sondra LeAnne Price (Brian Rusher) of Jonesboro; his sister Lawanda Sue White (Danny) of Jonesboro; his daughter-in-law Cassie Price of Jonesboro; his grandchildren, Braden Christopher Price, Christian Taylor Scott and Laynee MaKenzie Price; his close friends, Patsy Price and Richard Shelby; and his nieces and nephews, Jeremy White (Lynn), Lindsey Miller (Craig), Marcia Smart and Vickie Climer.
