He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sylvester and Edna Mae Howle Minga; his son Stephen Howle Minga; his stepsons, Ricky Doyle and Marty Doyle; his former wife Judy Story Minga; and his brothers, Charles Minga and Johnny Minga.
He is survived by: his wife Imogene Minga; his stepchildren, Vickie Davis of Trumann and Joey Doyle of Trumann; and his sister Sue Haas of Jonesboro. He is also survived by eight step grandchildren and three step great grandchildren.
