He was predeceased by : his parents, Reverend James J. Johnson and Elsie Alice Everett Johnson; and his siblings, Eugene Lee, Margaret L. James and Pearl L. Johnson.

He is survived by : his uncle Tony; his aunt Beulah Lee; his wife Asline Ann Lee of Bryant, AR.; his children, Antoine Lee (Laloria) of Waxahachie, TX, Rodney Lee (Denise), Anthony Lee of Montgomery, AL, Curtis E. Lee (Sherry), Kelly Evans DeSoto (Renee), Gregory Allen (Nicole), Deborah Lee, Rashonda and Mythetta Gray (Monty); and his brothers, James L. Johnson, Jr. and Earl Johnson (Louise) of Paterson, NJ.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host relatives and friends.
