She is survived by: her son Kevin Duane Mathis (Anila); her granddaughters, Rachel Mathis and Hannah Mathis; and her siblings, Shirley Lewis, Kathy Sisco (Jerry), Donna Dyer (Randy) and Raymond Mashburn (Sarah).
