He was predeceased by: his parents, Werner G. Shemwell and Gladdell Shemwell (Hill); and his sister Cleone Williams. He is survived by: his wife Adelle Shemwell; his children, Bill Shemwell, Rick Shemwell (Sharon) and Robin Railsback (Billy); his grandchildren, Rebecca Brown, Rachael Irving, Ruth Shemwell and Cody Railsback; his great grandchildren, Kaila Carson, Marshall Shemwell, Emily Freeman, Blake Railsback and Beau Railsback; and his great great grandchild Faith Freeman.
