He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Bessie Baxter (Swan); his wife Lois; his son Ronnie; and his sister Wanda Odom.
He is survived by: his children, William Baxter (Jelina) of Bryant and Carolyn Priddy (Mark) of Shreveport, Louisiana; his siblings, Virginia White of Fox, Mildred Jones of Flint and Burnis Baxter; his grandchildren, Chelsea Brown (Aaron) of Bryant, Paige Priddy of Shreveport and Michael Ann Priddy-Arrington (Tyler) of Winston-Salem; his great grandchild Audie Brown of Bryant; his nephew Franklin Odom (Sandy) of Wynne; and his niece Diane Odom-Holland of Wynne. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
