He is survived by: his parents, Johnny Thomas and Sonia L. Mackey McKenzie; his children, Johnny T. McKenzie Jr., Zachary, Sebastian and Daisy McKenzie; his brother Jonathan McKenzie (Dorothy) of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas; and the mothers of children, Jennifer Bates and Charity McKenzie. He is also survived by many other relatives and good friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Tri-County Funeral Home (1540 US-62 #412, Highland, AR 72542). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at the same location.
