She is survived by: her husband Sam Hoffman of Bryant; her son Michael Hoffman (Jessica) of Haskell; her grandson Logan Burnett (Hoffman) of Haskell; her mother-in-law Cindy "Maw" Johnson of Bryant; her siblings, Mark Myers (Pam) of Mabelvale, Charlie Myers (Sherry) of Mabelvale, Pearl Reeves of Benton, Gladys Clark of Benton, Pat Smith and Earnestine Myers of Little Rock; her brother-in-law Andy Weise of Benton; and her friend Martha.
