He was predeceased by: his parents, Juliet Moore and Amy Peck. He is survived by: his daughters, Juliet Moore, Amy Peck and Lauren Peck; his sons-in-law, David Moore and Justin McElfresh; and his grandchildren, Ryan and Carleigh Moore.
