He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Ridge and Lois Hawkins Ridge; his daughter Sherri Ridge Cathey; his daughter-in-law Ashley Howell; and his siblings, Dinah Abrams and Adron Ridge.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Scruggs Ridge; his children, Lisa Baxley (Ray), Timothy Ridge and Mike Cathey; his grandchildren, Robert Shell, Amanda Jones (Dustin), Haylee Chaney (David), Savanna Garrett (Ryan), Cameron Cathey, Parker Ridge, Brynnan Cathey, Alex Ridge, Melinda Angel (Bryan), Stephanie Nelson and London Howell; his great grandchildren, Avery Nichols, Izzy Italiano, Edison Jones and Roland Chaney; his siblings, Pat Fullerton (Ed) and Sandra Moore (Robert); his close friend Sonny Sears; and his pets, Cooper and Joey.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pinecrest Funeral Home (7401 AR-5, Alexander, AR 72002). A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at the Pinecrest Memorial Park (7401 AR-5, Alexander, AR 72002).
