In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Sofie Maria leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Sofie Maria may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She is survived by: her parents, Roger Wastyn and Jeannine Vanhee; her husband Morton Harlin Shelton, Jr.; her sons, Nathan Shelton (Carmen) of Bono and Patrick Shelton (Jennifer) of Harrisburg, Arkansas; and her grandchildren, Zoey and Gage Shelton.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Dial and Dudley Funeral Home (4212 AR-5, Bryant, AR 72022).
