He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth Phillips; his children, Tommie Lee Phillips, Jr., Mary Ellen Young, Jannait Williams Franklin and Lorenzo Williams, Sr. (Plum); his stepchildren, Hal Dobbs (Connie), Patricia Dickerson (David) and Ronnie Anderson (Yeashia); and his sister Rosie Lee Brook.
