It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William R. Rudder Jr. of Bryant, Arkansas, born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, who passed away on September 30, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Coretta Rudder and William Rudder Sr.; his wife Glenda M. Rudder; his daughters, Nanci Kelley (John) of Bryant and Frances Sanders of Lonsdale; and his grandchildren, Megan Broadway (Branden), Summer Marshall (Derrick), William Clay Kelley of South Korea and Cory Isom (Garrett). He was also cherished by seven great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
