He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Millican and Ella Millican (Garner); his son Ricky Don Millican; his great grandchild Dal Hampton; and his siblings, Annie Thompson, Allen Millican, Jimmy Millican, Vilve Butler, Thomas Millican and Mary Kitchens.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Millican (Kitchens) of Buckner; his sons, Jeff Millican (Terry) of Waldo and Gary Millican (Joni) of Stamps; his grandchildren, Lilly Hampton (Orin) of Bodcaw, Kelby Weideman of Yuma, AZ, Heather Munn (Langston) of Texarkana, Mason May (Aria) of Texarkana and Maci Millican of Stamps; and his great grandchildren, Wylder Hampton, Eliana Weideman and Shepherd Hampton. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, extended family.
