He was predeceased by: his parents, Clint Treadway and Grace Treadway (Creswell); his son Terry Don Treadway; and his siblings, Lynn Treadway and Bertha June Perkey.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Treadway; his daughters, Barbara Treadway of Omaha and Connie Treadway of Cabot; and his siblings, Clede "Bud" Treadway (Lee) of Batesville, Harry Treadway (Laverne) of Batesville and Pat Ross (Clarence) of Ward.
