She is survived by : her sons, Dennis Ray Horn (Kim Hammonds) and Daryl Keith Horn (Barbara); her grandchildren, Christen Blythe (Michael), D. J. Horn, Kasie Horn, Kyle Horn (Kristal), Thomas Horn, Dennis Johnson (Sara), Whitney Leggett (Matt), Brad Johnson (Kailyn), Rebecca Ballew and Jarred Ballew; her great grandchildren, Garrett, Peyton, Ayden Blythe, Emily Horn and Jenna Johnson; and her siblings, Jimmy, Ricky, David, Larry House, Wanda House and Sharon Worden. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
