He was predeceased by: his parents, Velma Deaver and Elmer Deaver; and his siblings, Jo Belle Weyforth and William Deaver. He is survived by: his children, Tim Deaver of Mesquite, TX, Shari Edwards (Andy) and Eric Deaver (Kristy) of Winslow; and his grandchildren, Jake Edwards (Leah), John Edwards, Jason Edwards, Emily Scherer (August), Mackenzie Deaver and Logan Deaver. He is also survived by his four great-grandaughters.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Smith Family Funeral Home (1921 Main St, North Little Rock, AR 72114). A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery (1501 W Maryland Ave, North Little Rock, AR 72120).
