He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Milner and Minnie Garrison Milner; and his brother Carl Emerson Milner. He is survived by : his wife Patricia Smith Milner; his children, Belinda Milner Whitley (Jerry Whitley) of Cabot and Rick Milner; his granddaughters, Christy Whitley Baum of California and Melanie Whitley of California; his great grandchildren, Mia and Jude Baum; his nephews, Gary and Jerry Milner; and his niece Kay Milner.
