He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Rivers and Mary Ethelene Rivers; his brother Tom; and his in-laws, Bobby and Fontine Houser.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his children, Jessica Rodgers (Zach), Amanda Spradlin (Jerry) and Justin Rivers (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Connor, Jacob, Tyler, Dylan, Ryder, Zander, Gunner, Logan, Landon, Heidi and Jameson. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the State Funeral Service (2620 W Main St, Jacksonville, AR 72076). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
