She is survived by: her husband Phil Hames; her children, Peggy Jenkins (Mark) and Philip Hames; her grandsons, Charles Chuck Dailey (Kayla) and Ryan Hames; her great grandchildren, Chloe Roby (Evan), Gracie and Kensley Dailey; her sister-in-law Brenda Shurley; and her siblings, Lavon Conard, Faye Lee (George), Clayton Shurley (JoRene), Jerry Shurley (Kathy) and Billy Shurley (Fran). She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
