He is survived by: his parents, Dominick DeVito, Sr. and Audra Frady DeVito; his sister Anna; his grandparents, Dominick, Janet DeVito, Eddie, Debbie Frady and Christina Whittaker; his close friend Anna Devito; his godparents, Louis R. DeVito and Roxie Ann Bass; and his pets, Leia and Stella.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to Troop 201.
