She is survived by: her husband Jim Copeland; her children, Jeff Culbertson (Jenny), Amira Copeland, Mikayla Culbertson, Rosa Bagwell (Jason), Jimmy Copeland and Sheila Culbertson; her grandchildren, Taylor Culbertson (Kelly), Jeffrey Clay Culbertson (Shelly), Gage, Bethany Bagwell and Corra Culbertson; her siblings, Maxine Davis, Kathleen Kuckelman, Janice Slusser (Tom) and Maurice Koch (Cindy); and her friends, Judi Starnes, Janet Hubbard and Mary Anders. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Susan B. Komen Foundation supporting breast cancer awareness.
