He is survived by: his wife Roberta Nielsen; his children, Theresa Nielsen and Elmer L. Nielsen, Jr. (Rej); his grandchildren, Lauren Tank (Doug), Noah Nielsen (Cydney), Chase Nielsen (Meredith) and Sean Banquirigan; his great grandchildren, Sawyer Nielsen and DaisyRhae Nielsen; and his pet Buster.
