He was predeceased by: his father Orland Odel; and his sisters, Charlotte Chance, Linda McIntyre, Dorothy Andrews and Wanda Gonzalez.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sue Dulany; his sons, Freddy Joe Dulany, Jr., William Douglas Dulany and Charles; his daughters-in-law, Kimberly Dulany and Cherie Dulany; his sister Emma Ebsen; his grandchildren, Erik, Abby Dulany, Elias Dulany, Logan Dulany, Lexi Dulany and Kayla Lentz; and his great grandchildren, Sara Colonna, David Colonna and Maximus Dulany. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
