He was predeceased by: his father Willis Eugene; and his siblings, Don Semon and Polly Semon. He is survived by: his wife Cathy J. Semon; his children, David Semon, Beverly Semon, Rosemary Semon, Katharine Semon, Scott Perkins and Dennis Perkins; and his grandchildren, Rafe Semon, Caleb Perkins, Alyssa Perkins, Kevin Semon and Hana Semon.
