He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Carrier and Tealie Jane Henson-Dunaway; and his sisters, Martha Holland, Mae Hooks and Minnie Staggs.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Carrier (Karen) and Jessica Johnson; and his brother Junior Carrier. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
