He was predeceased by: his father Dewey C. Harrison, Sr.; his wife Zelma Darlene Kinnick Harrison; and his siblings, Norma (Harrison Roach), Wanda S. Harrison Ball, Dewey C. Harrison, Jr. (D. C.) and Franklin D. Harrison.
He is survived by: his son Herbert Leon "Lee" Harrison, Jr. of Cabot; and his sisters, Eula Mae Harrison Moore of Mountainburg and Linda J. Harrison Cook of Cabot. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
