He is survived by: his children, Vivian Stanley (Billy), Jamie Carter (Chuck), James Arthur Turnage of Cabot and John Wesley Turnage of Cabot; his grandchildren, James Collins of Cabot, Christen (Michael Blythe) of Cabot, John Wesley Turnage, Jr. of Florida, Michelle Turnage of Texas, Jasmine Turnage of Cabot and James Arthur Turnage, Jr. of Cabot; his great grandchildren, Emily Collins of Cabot, Candice Turnage of Texas, John Michael Turnage of Texas, Garrett Blythe of Cabot, Grayson Beal of Cabot, Peyton Blythe of Cabot and Ayden Blythe of Cabot; and his sister Marilyn Highfill of Griffithville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
