He is survived by: his wife Anita Smith; his children, Jay Smith (Jackie) and Shana Smith; his grandsons, Nathaniel, Samuel, Lakota and Lucky; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Isbell (Jan) of Munford, TN and Betty Castlow (Gaston) of Rison, AR. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members and many wonderful friends.
