She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul William Stubbs and Sally Hale; and her husband Louis E. Pavlicek, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Brian Pavlicek (Nichole) of Strasburg, Virginia, Chris Pavlicek of Cabot, Arkansas and Tracy Warfe (Franklin) of Little Rock, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Andrew Morgan (Barbie), Donavan Pavlicek (Donald), Christopher Pavlicek (Kaylee) and Evan Pavlicek (Michaela); and her great grandchildren, Andrew, Isabella, Delilah, Abigail and Barrett.
She also worked with different churches to donate quilts to St. Judes as well as donating quilts to the Lonoke County Women's Shelter.
