He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his sons, Chris (Tina) and Jeff (Christie); his siblings, Richard Green (Becky), Gary Green (Madeline), Maggie Schulz and Becky Green; and his sister-in-law Sylvia Dycus (Tommy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
